Enter meters and destination — we compute weight (0.5 kg/m for standard 80/20 + 0.3 kg packaging) and show real DHL/eCommerce/Sea LCL ranges. Exact quote at checkout.

Estimates from current DHL/4PX/sea LCL rate cards ±15% to reflect carrier & fuel surcharge variance. Customs/duties are buyer's responsibility (US: duty-free under $800 / EU: VAT > €150 / UK: VAT > £135). Standard 80/20 cotton-linen 250cm 180gsm ≈ 0.5 kg/m. Heavier weaves (canvas, jacquard) may push weight 30–50% higher — quote will reflect actual SKU.
Lead time
All in-stock SKUs ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-cut orders (serged edges, special widths) ship within 5 business days.
Custom-dyed orders are produced to order — lead time 14–21 days from PO.
Customs & duties
We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) by default — the buyer is responsible for any import duty, VAT, or customs charges in the destination country.
For US orders: most orders under $800 enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
For EU orders: VAT applies on orders over €150. We can register for IOSS on request for trade buyers.
For UK orders: VAT applies on orders over £135. Same as EU, IOSS-equivalent available on trade accounts.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment. DHL eCommerce / 4PX hands off to your local postal service for last-mile delivery (USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.). DHL Express is door-to-door on the DHL network.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 21+ days, contact us — we'll either refund or reship at our expense.
Restricted countries
We currently can't ship to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria. The shipping calculator covers our 25+ directly supported countries; for others, get in touch and we'll check carrier routes.
