Common questions

Is store credit really applied to my next order?

Yes. After your sample pack ships, you'll receive a $20 store credit code by email. It auto-applies on any order $75+ (one MOQ tier — 5m × $15 = $75 minimum). Code expires in 6 months.

Can I get more than one pack?

First pack per customer is $25 DDP. Additional packs $25 each — useful if you're showing fabric to multiple stakeholders.

Do you ship to my country?

Sample packs ship worldwide DDP-included via DHL eCommerce / 4PX (10–18 days). 25+ countries directly supported. See live shipping calculator for fabric orders or ask about your country.

What if my fabric doesn't match the swatch exactly?

We commit to Delta E ≤ 5 (industry-tight tolerance) versus your sample swatch. For full orders we cut from the same roll your sample came from. If shade differs more than that, we refund or remake at our cost.

Can I get individual swatches instead?

Yes, $5 per single swatch. The 8-pack is a better deal if you're choosing between multiple colors. Single swatches available on each fabric's product page.
